I just tried to put my work commute to <a href="http://brouter.de" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">brouter.de</a>, changed the cyclist power to achieve similar time and it seems like I'm about 4,7Wh/km (0,47kWh/470Wh per 100km according to brouter)</p>

That is more than Miguel Indurain puts out during a race.</p>]]></content:encoded>
