FWIW, it is refreshing to watch the anti-bike folks have to tip toe around and hide their true feelings.

Much nicer than in Ontario and Alberta where "I hate cyclists" is literally a winning campaign slogan.

I know I've said this many times...but it's very familiar...Quebec/Montreal should join the EU...it's a natural fit.
